Take it away from children. Jerify magnetic figure sets are recalled.
If a brown box in your home says Jerify, 30 PCS and X003ADA3TD, take the toy set away from children now and stop using it. The figures can release high-powered magnets that can cause severe internal injury or death if swallowed.
What to do now
- Take the toy away from children immediately and stop using it.
- Check the brown box sticker: it should say Jerify and
X003ADA3TD. The figures and inner clear bag are unlabeled. - For a full refund: email Colerinsec at coushdwugintwer@163.com. CPSC says consumers will be asked to throw away the toys and submit a photo of the disposed set.
- If you suspect a magnet was swallowed, seek immediate medical attention. CPSC does not tell caregivers to wait for symptoms.
Two children were hospitalized
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the company have received two reports of children removing and swallowing magnets from the figures' limbs. Both incidents resulted in hospitalization. The federal notice does not give the children's ages, locations, medical procedures or outcomes.
The figures can release loose high-powered magnets. Once swallowed, magnets can attract one another—or another metal object—inside the body. CPSC says that can cause intestinal perforations, twisting or blockage, blood poisoning and death.
Use the box, not the figures, to identify the set
The recall covers Jerify Magnetic Humanoid Toy Sets 30 PCS. Each set contains 30 human-shaped figures: three each in brown, white, green, peach, yellow, pink, blue, orange, purple and red. Each figure is about 2.7 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide, with magnets at the hands and feet.
There is no label on the figures themselves. CPSC says they arrive in an unlabeled clear bag inside a brown box. The identifying sticker on that box carries the Jerify name and number X003ADA3TD. Compare the federal product photographs before discarding anything if the box or set is unclear.
The refund step is not the medical step
For the refund, CPSC tells owners to contact Colerinsec, throw away the toys and submit a photo of the disposed set. Do not open or cut the figures to inspect them, and do not leave the set within a child's reach while waiting for a response.
If magnet ingestion is suspected, CPSC's separate safety guidance says to seek immediate medical attention. Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea can occur, but the agency does not advise waiting for symptoms before getting help.
Amazon sales are confirmed; a Rockland order is not
About 38,507 sets were sold on Amazon from October 2022 through May 2026 for about $21. That nationwide sale route gives Rockland families a concrete reason to check an order history, but it does not confirm a Rockland purchase, ingestion or hospitalization.
What changes for a resident: if you have the Jerify 30-piece magnetic figure set marked X003ADA3TD, take it away from children immediately, stop using it and contact Colerinsec for a full refund. Seek immediate medical attention if magnet ingestion is suspected.
