CDC advises ↗ contacting a healthcare provider if you ate recalled food and develop fever with symptoms such as fatigue or muscle aches. Mention the recalled food—especially if pregnant, 65 or older, or immunocompromised. Ask a provider about individual concerns.
Primary sources checked October 17: Lidl's company announcement hosted by FDA, including package photos ↗; Lidl's store listing; CDC guidance dated February 3, 2025. The FDA posting is the company notice, not an independent local investigation. This notice concerns the identified lot, not every Gelatelli flavor or all Lidl food.
