Rockland's Spanish early-voting flyer has two date errors. Here are the correct dates.

Rockland County's live Spanish-language flyer tells voters to use their regular polling place on November 4—one day after the 2026 general election. Its registration heading also names 2025. The County's webpage and New York State's election calendar agree on the correct dates below.

What the official Spanish flyer gets wrong

As of September 14, the Spanish PDF linked from the Rockland County Board of Elections page still contains two visibly printed errors. Near the top, its voter-registration heading refers to the 2025 general election. Near the bottom, it tells voters to go to their usual polling place on November 4.

The election is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Do not wait until November 4. The Rockland County webpage and the New York State Board of Elections political calendar both give November 3 as Election Day. Neither source supports November 4.

The flyer's early-voting calendar and seven center addresses do match the County webpage. This article does not identify why the two other errors appeared, and the County page does not display a correction notice.

Early-voting hours

• Saturday, October 24: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Sunday, October 25: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Monday, October 26: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Tuesday, October 27: noon–8 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 28: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Thursday, October 29: noon–8 p.m.
• Friday, October 30: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Saturday, October 31: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Sunday, November 1: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Any registered Rockland County voter may use any of the seven early-voting centers. On Election Day, voters must use their regular polling site unless the Board of Elections has notified them of a temporary change.

The seven Rockland centers

• Clarkstown Town Hall: 10 Maple Avenue, New City.
• Pascack Community Center: 87 New Clarkstown Road, Nanuet.
• Orangetown Town Hall: 26 West Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg.
• Ramapo Town Hall: 237 Route 59, Suffern.
• Stony Point Kirkbride: 5 Patriot Hills Lane, Stony Point.
• Fire Training Center: 35 Fireman's Memorial Drive, Pomona.
• Haverstraw Town Hall: 1 Rosman Road, Garnerville.

Other deadlines worth saving

New York's calendar says a voter-registration application must be received by the Board of Elections by October 24. A change of address received by October 19 must be processed for the general election. An online or mailed early-mail or absentee-ballot request must be received by October 24; voters may apply in person through November 2.

A mailed ballot must be postmarked by November 3 and received by November 10. A ballot delivered in person must reach the Board of Elections or a polling place by the close of polls on November 3.

The Spanish flyer says the early-voting centers comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Voting Rights Act. The County's early-voting webpage does not separately describe center-specific accessibility, parking, transit or language-assistance arrangements. What changes for a resident: the correct general-election date is Tuesday, November 3—not November 4. Early voting runs October 24 through November 1, and any registered Rockland voter may use any of the seven County centers.
