SUPPLEMENT RECALL — STOP USING

Have Ultimate Forza capsules? Stop using them now.

Every lot of two Ultimate Forza male-performance supplement packages is recalled after testing found undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine. FDA's posted announcement warns that the first two ingredients can interact with nitrates and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.

What to do now

  1. Stop using Ultimate Forza immediately. The recall covers every lot of the two packages below—not one isolated lot.
  2. Return unopened or partially used product to a GNC store for a full refund. Bring the receipt or the phone number or email tied to the loyalty account so the purchase can be verified.
  3. Contact a healthcare professional if you experienced a problem that may be related to taking the product.
  4. Questions: GNC Customer Service, 877-462-4700 or GNCRecalls@gnc-hq.com.

The announcement says certain independently owned and operated GNC franchise locations distributed the products in the United States from 2017 through October 1, 2026. It says GNC corporate stores did not sell them. The record does not identify states, participating stores or purchasers, so this guide does not claim that a Rockland store sold Ultimate Forza.

Why the undeclared ingredients matter

Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in prescription Viagra and Cialis. FDA's posting says their use is restricted to professional supervision and warns that undeclared amounts may interact with nitrates, including nitroglycerin, and dangerously lower blood pressure. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates.

The notice says dapoxetine is not FDA-approved in the United States and describes it as belonging to the SSRI class. No adverse events or complaints had been reported when the October 24 announcement was posted. That does not make continued use safe or narrow the stop-use instruction.

Rockland return options—and the limit

GNC's official locator lists stores at Palisades Center in West Nyack ↗ and Rosman Center in Garnerville ↗. Call before traveling if you need to confirm hours or the refund process. The locator does not establish whether either location is a franchise, sold the product or has processed a return.

For a suspected reaction or quality problem, use FDA MedWatch ↗. A report does not replace urgent medical care.

What changes for a Rockland resident: if the package matches either Ultimate Forza item above, stop using it immediately. The FDA-hosted notice permits unopened or partially used product to be returned to a GNC store for a full refund, while the available record does not confirm a Rockland sale.

Primary records checked October 25, 2026, at 12:57 a.m. EDT: the October 24 company announcement hosted by FDA ↗ and GNC's official West Nyack and Garnerville store pages. FDA identifies the recall as a company announcement and says posting it is not an endorsement. The Rockland Edit has not verified a local purchase, complaint, injury, store ownership type or return outcome, and cannot determine an individual drug interaction or treatment need.
