Voting information in Spanish is publicly available in Rockland. Here’s where to find it.

Language access is not the whole of civic access. But before an election, knowing where the official information lives is a useful place to start.

Rockland County’s Board of Elections publishes Spanish versions of several voter resources alongside its English materials. That includes the early-vote-by-mail application, the early-voting flyer, and a Spanish version of the County’s publicly posted Minority Language Access Memorandum of Agreement. The next general election is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Early voting in Rockland runs from Saturday, October 24 through Sunday, November 1. The County lists seven early-voting centers across Rockland, and says registered voters may use any of them during the early-voting period. See the centers and daily hours ↗

For the general election, New York’s deadline poster says voter-registration applications must be received by October 24. It also lists October 24 as the deadline for early-mail and absentee-ballot applications submitted by mail or through the online portal; voters may apply in person through November 2. Any registered voter may apply for an early mail ballot. An absentee ballot has separate eligibility rules, including absence from the county on Election Day or qualifying illness, disability, caregiving, or other circumstances. The County’s ballot page explains both paths, including how to use the online portals and how to return a completed ballot.
